At Diamond Art Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
